Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

VEIL is a private AI workspace. We operate a service that lets eligible users ask questions, build temporary app previews, and export results.

We collect only what we need to operate the service, enforce access rules, and improve reliability.

Wallet and account data: EVM wallet address, wallet-ownership sign-in messages, session identifiers, and eligibility state tied to your wallet.

Product usage: Ask and Build prompts and outputs for the active session, usage limits, ephemeral build metadata, export activity, and guest-pass activity where applicable.

Technical data: IP address, browser or client type, timestamps, and diagnostic logs needed for security and operations.

On-chain reads: we read public blockchain data, including $VEIL token balances on Robinhood Chain, to determine product access. We do not take custody of your tokens.

Provide and secure VEIL, including authentication, access control, Ask and Build features, guest sharing, and customer support.

Enforce usage limits, eligibility, grace periods, and suspension rules.

Maintain records for operations, abuse prevention, and service improvement.

Comply with law and respond to lawful requests where required.

We use infrastructure and software providers to run VEIL, including hosting, databases, wallet connection tools, and AI model providers.

Those providers process data only as needed to deliver the service on our instructions.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share wallet addresses or product content for unrelated advertising.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users and the service, or in connection with a merger or acquisition with appropriate safeguards.

VEIL uses session cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to protect the service.

Active workspace context may be stored locally in your browser for the current session.

VEIL is designed for ephemeral use. Normal workspace sessions do not retain chat history server-side.

Build artifacts are temporary unless you export them. We retain operational records only as long as needed to operate VEIL, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.

You may request deletion of certain account-linked data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security or legal compliance.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You are responsible for securing your wallet and devices.

You can disconnect your wallet and sign out at any time.

You can start a new session to clear active workspace context in your browser.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain information. Contact us to make a request.

VEIL is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.

VEIL provides private Ask and Build tools in a unified workspace. Features may be labeled alpha or MVP and can change, be limited, or be discontinued.

VEIL does not permanently host or deploy your applications. Build output is temporary until you export it.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice where permitted by law.

You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable law.

Access to gated features requires holding the required $VEIL balance in a connected wallet on Robinhood Chain, as shown in the product. Access is not a subscription and does not transfer ownership of infrastructure.

$VEIL is an access token for VEIL products. It is not equity, a security, or a promise of profit or value.

We may change access requirements, limits, and enforcement rules at any time.

You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, and all activity under your account.

Wallet connection proves control of an address. It does not give VEIL permission to move funds on your behalf.

Notify us promptly at who@veil.day if you believe your account or keys have been compromised.

You may not use VEIL for unlawful activity, malware, spam, harassment, rights violations, attempts to bypass access controls, or abuse of shared infrastructure.

You may not scrape, overload, or interfere with the service except through documented interfaces within published limits.

You are responsible for content you submit through Ask or Build, including compliance with third-party licenses and applicable law.

Ask uses AI models with usage limits. Responses may be inaccurate. Do not rely on Ask for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Build generates starting projects and previews. Output may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review before production use.

Export downloads are your responsibility to store and secure. VEIL does not maintain a permanent project archive.

Guest Ask passes are temporary and limited. Owners are responsible for how they share access.

VEIL does not charge a traditional monthly subscription for included MVP access, but usage limits, eligibility rules, and provider costs still apply.

You remain responsible for blockchain transaction fees, third-party services, and any taxes associated with your use.

VEIL, its branding, and the service software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of VEIL intellectual property.

You retain rights to your content and exported code, subject to the licenses needed for us to process and display it to provide the service.

VEIL relies on third-party providers and public networks, including wallet tools, blockchains, and AI providers. Their terms and availability may affect your use.

We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

VEIL is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that builds or AI output will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEIL and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or tokens.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VEIL and its operators from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fall below eligibility requirements, or if needed to protect the service or other users.

You may stop using VEIL at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with competent jurisdiction will resolve disputes, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
